Spring Buyers Don’t Walk Through Homes Looking For Perfection
In April showings, buyers move quickly past cosmetic things. Paint colors, fixtures, even outdated finishes usually are not the deal-breakers. What they are really evaluating is: • Does the layout make sense? • Does the home feel solid and well cared for? • Does the space work for how people actually live? If the bones are good, buyers can imagine the updates over time. But if the layout or structure does not work, no amount of fresh finishes changes that.
