You found a home online that you love…but it says PENDING. What exactly does that mean? 🤔

A property is generally marked Pending when the seller has accepted an offer and the home is under contract. The buyer and seller are now working toward closing while completing the remaining steps of the transaction.

But here’s something important: Pending doesn’t always mean “forget about it.” Deals can fall through for a variety of reasons, so if you really love the property, talk with your Realtor. Depending on the circumstances, there may be an opportunity to submit a backup offer or keep an eye on the home in case it returns to the market. 👀🔑

Real estate has its own language, and understanding the terms can help you make smarter decisions.

Patriot Day — We Will Never Forget

September 11, 2001, is a day forever etched into the heart of our nation.

Today, we pause to remember the innocent lives lost that morning, those who later lost their lives because of the events of 9/11, and the families and loved ones who have carried that loss ever since.

We honor the firefighters, police officers, first responders, military members, and ordinary citizens who showed extraordinary courage—those who ran toward danger when every instinct said to run away.

And we remember how, in the days that followed, Americans stood together. We mourned together. We helped one another. We were reminded that even in our darkest moments, compassion, courage, and unity can shine through.

May we never forget the lives that were taken, the heroes who sacrificed, the families forever changed, and the strength of a nation united in their memory.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸🕯️

🏡❤️ The Joy of Home: Where Memories Are Made

A home is so much more than walls, rooms, and a roof. It’s the backdrop to the moments that become part of your family’s story.

It’s bedtime stories and belly laughs. Sleepovers in the living room. Holiday mornings, birthday candles, family dinners, muddy footprints, and “just one more story” before bed. It’s grandparents making ordinary evenings feel like grand adventures. ❤️
