Took a trip to Newport, RI this past week to spend some quality time with one of my best friends from life. Our parents knew each other before we were born, but we didn’t meet until the 5th grade. Since Rachel lives in Florida, she’s always looking for someplace cooler to visit in August and it just so happens that Newport is a great place to hang out. Took several historic tours (by foot, by sail boat and by trolley car) and saw some amazing historic architecture as well as amazing mansions from the “Guilded Age” (turn of the 20th Century), where running a household meant 40 servants had to be in action daily. If you haven’t visited this part of the United States 🇺🇸 ~ it’s a MUST SEE!!!

Every home has a story.

This one started three years ago.

Back in 2023, Matt and Wendy reached out because they loved their home—but not their daily commute. The timing wasn’t right then, so they stayed put.

This spring, they called again.

This time, they were ready.

Together, we prepared their home with care, listened to what the market was telling us, and made one strategic pricing adjustment.

The very next day...

They had a contract.

One of my favorite beaches 3 hours away from home is in Rehoboth, DE, because dogs are welcome to swim here! 💦🐬 Have been visiting this great place for over a decade and always love the amazing restaurants, bike rides and people watching too! Introduced our 6 month old Cavapoo, Uma, to the ocean 🌊- it’s still a little cold for her but Charlie had a blast timing the waves to swim out & fetch tennis 🎾 balls. We spotted a few dolphins 🐬 too!

I absolutely love being a parent, and enjoyed raising a puppy w/my husband before we embarked on starting a family with human kids. With our two amazing kiddos grown & flown, we’ve introduced a new member to our pack, a Cavapoo named Uma, who comes from Columbus, Ohio. Born on December 23, 2025, she’s a Capricorn. Charlie is getting used to his new role as big bro!

My favorite nail salon 💅 has gone independent! GLOSS NAIL COLLECTIVE at The Villages of Leesburg has been part of the PAINT franchise but recently changed their business model. Same owner, same great nail pros, and same great service. I’m manifesting a free trip for Mother’s Day from my husband by posting this, too!!! 🤣🌼💕🦋 Two month’s notice seems courteous, right??? 😝

Sweet Escape. First official “wellness” retreat with my dearest friend from childhood & new best friends, yogis, travelers, explorers, daughters and mothers. If you feel seasonal depression in the winter months or are pondering your overall state of purpose, taking a trip far away is the best way to take a trip within yourself. I’m excited for the seeds of Spring and the infinite possibilities of what comes next!
