This home is in my neighborhood. The sellers are a wonderful military family that moved several years ago and rented their house out while they built up equity. We kept in touch and every so often they would ask me how the market was doing. Most recently, the timing was right and they decided to list. Listed to closed in 40 days at full listing price!

These two were so much fun❤️

When I say we laughed the entire time! They were buying their first home, and I don’t know…I think that’s why I enjoy helping first-time homebuyers so much. I still remember buying my first home and the excitement that came along with it! I just love getting to watch it.

They were troopers. When something needed to be done, they got it done! Their family even jumped in to help and they trusted the process. And they trusted me 🫶🏾

We had such a great lender and title company working behind the scenes that we were able to
get them to the closing table with very little money out of pocket. Every situation is different, but I love when everything works out for my clients.
