My heart is so full! ❤️🏡

Friday was an incredibly special day as I had the privilege of helping my son and daughter-in-law close on their very first official flip house!

As their REALTOR®, being part of this milestone was an honor, but as a mom, it meant even more. Watching them take this big step and invest in their future fills my heart with so much pride.

Taking on a flip house is no small undertaking. It takes vision, determination, patience, and a willingness to embrace challenges. While there will undoubtedly be a lot of hard work ahead, I know they have what it takes, and I can’t wait to watch this house become something truly special.

There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching your children step out in faith, chase their goals, and create opportunities for themselves. Moments like these remind me that dreams don’t just happen, they’re built one decision, one sacrifice, and one step at a time.

Congratulations to you both! I’m beyond proud of your courage, your work ethic, and your willingness to take this leap. I know this is only the beginning of an exciting journey, and I can’t wait to see what you accomplish.

What a day yesterday was! ❤️🏡

Yesterday marked the closing of our very first flip house, and what a journey it has been!

This project came with its share of challenges, unexpected twists, long days, tough decisions, and plenty of lessons learned along the way. There were moments of excitement, moments of uncertainty, and moments where we had to trust the process and keep moving forward.

Looking back now, I’m so thankful we took the leap. Every experience has taught us something valuable, and every obstacle has made us better and more prepared for what’s ahead.

I’m incredibly proud of my husband and grateful we had the opportunity to work on this project together. It’s amazing what can happen when you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone, work hard, and keep believing in the vision, even when the road isn’t always easy.

This closing isn’t just the end of one project, it’s the beginning of many more dreams and opportunities.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported us, encouraged us, and helped make this possible. We truly couldn’t have done it alone.

Congratulations on officially becoming a homeowner! What a joy it has been to walk alongside you on this journey. Watching this journey unfold has been a reminder that good things come to those who stay focused, remain patient, and refuse to give up on their goals.
