Happy closing day to my client and his sweet daughter 🎉

He contacted me and knew exactly what he wanted! He stayed on top of everything and just two weeks later we made it to the closing table.

I know he’s excited but, I don’t think anybody’s more excited than his little girl. 🥹 I hope they make so many great memories in this house. Congratulations again…you two definitely deserve it!

These two were so much fun❤️

When I say we laughed the entire time! They were buying their first home, and I don’t know…I think that’s why I enjoy helping first-time homebuyers so much. I still remember buying my first home and the excitement that came along with it! I just love getting to watch it.

They were troopers. When something needed to be done, they got it done! Their family even jumped in to help and they trusted the process. And they trusted me 🫶🏾
