At last summer has arrived in Utah! With all the moisture we received this winter, our lawns and mountains are exceptionally green this year! Utah looks beautiful.

My own side porch view when I returned from Florida earlier this month! ❄️ What a lot of snow we have had in Utah this winter! 💙 Great for skiers and our water needs, but a challenge when it comes to keeping the sidewalks clear.

Did you know that the colder, wintry months can be a great time to house-hunt? There’s far less competition and many listings have been on the market for a while, meaning some sellers may be more motivated to make a deal!
