A clogged dryer vent is a fire hazard and reduces efficiency. Keep your home safe with these steps:

✅ Unplug the dryer – Safety first!
✅ Clean the lint trap – Remove and wash with warm, soapy water.
✅ Vacuum inside the vent – Use a hose attachment to clear built-up lint.
✅ Check the exterior vent – Make sure it’s free of debris and airflow is strong.
✅ Do this at least once a year – More often if you do frequent laundry!

They must abide ay the Code Of Ethics. According to NAR, the code “is what separates REALTORS from non-member real estate agents.”
