Our trip has come to an end, we worked hard and finished painting a full building that needed to be painted. We played with the kids and gave these special people who take of these children day in and day out a break.

Today was my sweet wife and I anniversary and the orphanage made it so special for us. This place is not just an orphanage it’s a family to us. We are so welcome here and they remember us year after year. I am honored to be part of this family and to see a perfect examples of how our beloved savior has his his hands in this place.

They have recently lost some funding for this place and instead of worrying and scrambling to find money they pray and know that if they are doing the right thing Jesus will make it happen.

It’s sad to leave but very humbling to know that there are people taking care of these sweet children to make a better future.

Day three it was a productive day, this morning we were able to do much needed painting and spend time with the little children. The baby my wife and I are with was dropped out front right when she was born. They were all just sweet kids that needed extra hugs.

We also visited the boys teen home and their home mother made us amazing rolled tacos

So after a 4hr flight and 3.5 hrs in a car we made it to our hotel.

This morning we woke up and had the opportunity to go to church which is held at the school, where the children from the orphanage attend. It was great and very spiritual we were welcomed with opened arms and even a younger girl went up on stage to translate the whole meeting just for us.

We then had the opportunity to go to the orphanage, there are a few pictures below, and picked up the teens from the orphanage and took them to lunch to a pretty mountain side hotel where we sat and just spent time with them.

It’s that time!! I leave for one week to serve in Colima Mexico at an orphanage, using my construction knowledge I do several tasks to make these children lives more comfortable. It feels great to leave and to experience the life these children experience. Thank you realtors for being patient while I go do this. I will see you all in a week!! Home inspections are a very important part of buying a home. But there are several other test that are just as important. One is a sewer scope. I conducted this sewer scope in West Jordan and found the the sewer line was infested with cockroaches, cockroaches were also housed underneath the toilet that was pulled. Always protect yourself when buying a home
