Celebrating this smooth and seamless closing for my buyer client who is joining friends here in Asheville! This beautiful home is situated in the well-established Eastmoor neighborhood. Contract to close was only 13 days. His friends bought a home here just a few years ago. Word of mouth referrals are the crème de la crème when it comes to real estate. Remember my clients who bought a home on the way to the beach? Well, it’s a done deal! I met these clients a few years ago to show them a piece of land I had for sale. We spent maybe 15 minutes together. They went back to Tennessee. They weren’t ready to make the move. Fast forward to June 2026, I receive an email through my website. They’re ready to buy a home. We had plans to look at places on July 8, but you know what they say about plans. We looked at ONE home. We were the first people there the day it hit the market. When you know, you know. I couldn’t be more excited for these sweet folks to get settled into this quaint mountain neighborhood just off of Main Street in Waynesville. What was that about word of mouth referrals? Oh yes, I LOVE THEM! These beautiful buyers came to me from previous clients, as well. With the amazing assistance of Sarah Poet, M.Ed they were able to continue house shopping while I’ve been away for family vacation. After a few days of negotiations, we are officially under contract on this lovely slice of paradise in Alexander! I’m looking forward to working alongside Andrew Garrard of Weaverville Realty to see this one through to the end. He brought a great listing to the market! 👏🏡💜
