I'd like y'all to meet the small crew behind the scenes-

Jackie: originally from Veracruz Mexico (yes Jarocha lol), mom to 3 beautiful children, yes we know: she looks 24 haha, she is in charge of ensuring we are on top of our deadlines, closings happen, docs in order. We don't know how she juggles it all. She is incredibly involved in her church; she loves Jesus and is in the children's ministry in Raleigh.

Kelly: From Pittsburgh, was depressed in the somber cold like many others haha, and decided to bring her kayaking loving self-down south more than 20 years ago now. Her son is actually in school to get his RE license as well, and we are counting down the days!!
She has a literal zoo at home lol, and is still on top of every one of us agents on the team with client follow up, scheduling my appointments, and picks up my calls on weekends, cuz gosh do we know all the deals happen over the weekend.

I am so grateful as my 7-year anniversary in RE is around the corner and am reminded of how blessed I am of the women that have made my busiest years flourish into; now a team of almost 4 licensed agents.

Of course we are also lucky to have a hustler on the team, we are only a bunch of workaholic gals on this team💪🏼 and guess what? Imelda is just 20years old🥹 reminds me of myself(Doris) when I began at 19, and I can’t wait to see where her career takes her!!

Comparative sales at $225-230k in the neighborhood,
Property is in Maysville NC just minutes from Jacksonville
My seller is about to enter a foreclosure if we do not find the right buyer. He owes $188,000 currently, it will not pass FHA financing as the HVAC is not working, home has been winterized and utilities are not on.
