I've missed you all so much!!!
I want to share an event coming up this weekend in honor of National Home Ownership Month🏡
As your past new home representative for 6 years in Grayson Park you may know I am very passionate about helping others and families achieve their goals and will do whatever it takes to get you there!
Their are many programs offered by the City of Wilmington and NCHFA to help those in need make owning a home more affordable. There are programs first time homebuyers and second time buyers if you havent purchased a home in the last 5 years and programs you may easiiy qualify for to make home renovations free of charge. ! There will be lots of information and great resources on affordable housing grants, programs and lenders to speak with you this weekend.
