First up, a quick closing on this mini triangular parcel in Suttons Bay last week - a non-conforming lot right up against the TART trail, steps from Lake Michigan, and in the very heart of Suttons Bay (like walkable to the library and all the shops and the farmer's market and the marina and Suttons Bay beach - honestly, what the heck, how does this even exist!?).​​​​​​​​
