This market snapshot for homes in Southeastern NC (New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties) at the end of December 2021 shows that the market is a very challenging one for buyers. The number of homes on the market is down 19.7% from December 2020 and this low inventory has led to an increase in the median sales price by 14%.
