Showcasing the first year of progress on our latest project, Marbella of Lemont, located at the corner of Lemont and Canal St. in Downtown Lemont, IL through a bird's eye view.

Each floor at the Marbella is constructed with precast concrete beams and planks, CMU walls, and topped with a mansard standing-seam roof inspired by Parisian architecture. Our latest 3D models of the Marbella of Lemont located at the northwest corner of Canal and Lemont St. Construction on the Hausmann style mixed-use building is scheduled to begin later this summer. The building will feature 79 luxury apartment living spaces along with first floor restaurants, shops, as well as under and above ground parking.
