Pennsylvania's housing market held steady in August! 🏡

The statewide median home price was $330,000, unchanged from July, and up 4.7% year over year. Sales remained essentially flat month-over-month at 11,451, and listings held nearly steady at 45,828.

Meet Jennifer DeLawter, a Realtor® from the Bucks County Association of REALTORS® who's turning her love of community into real impact. 💛

Each year, Jennifer runs a prom dress drive so local girls can feel confident on their big night, and organizes Blessing Baskets to help families enjoy a full Thanksgiving meal together. This past spring, she also collected over 100 Easter baskets for kids in her community.

"Being a Realtor® puts me in the middle of this community every single day," Jennifer says. "It goes so far beyond a transaction for me."

That's what it means to be a Good Neighbor. 🏡
