Her view is once a seller decides to sell their home, you need to make it look like a model home and somewhat disconnect by putting personal pictures, etc. The East Pennsboro Township native appreciates that at RSR Realtors, agents stay with their clients through the entire process. By remaining involved, Denise said she is able to ensure a smooth and rewarding experience. Denise began her career at RSR as the assistant for Garrett Rothman, a partner and the firm’s broker of record. Working with Garrett allowed her to see first-hand RSR’s family atmosphere and the way agents help each other to get the best result for their clients. Her hard work was underscored by her recognition in 2011 with RSR’s Rising Star award. Denise and her husband, Kurt, have two adult sons, Nick and Zack, and enjoy bike riding and the beach.
