From one day to the next you never know what you will find. Pictured is leaking drain lines in crawlspace, leaking condensation lines to a furnace in crawlspace . Furnace pipe unhooked , yep in a crawlspace. Missing cover plates.

This is one reason why you shouldn't skip a inspection. I found this in a hidden crawlspace. A furnace vent pipe that is venting into the crawlspace and basement. No Carbon Monoxide or smoke detectors anywhere.
