📢 Leasing Office Update
Due to the high volume of applications currently under review, we have temporarily paused accepting new applications and scheduling apartment showings.

To allow our staff uninterrupted time to process the applications already submitted, our office will be closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays until further notice. These hours are temporary and will be reevaluated as we work through the current application backlog.

We are grateful to everyone who joined us for the Canyon Creek Apartments Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony!

A special thank-you to the the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce, City of Lenexa, Kansas Housing Resources Corporation, JCM Ventures, Valhalla Management, our Executive Director, and the Canyon Creek site staff for their dedication and support in bringing this community to life.

We also want to thank our residents and their families for celebrating this exciting milestone with us. Canyon Creek Apartments was created to provide quality, affordable housing in Lenexa, and we are proud to officially welcome residents home.
