One mistake I see buyers making often: waiting for the "perfect" time.

Newsflash: there's no perfect time to buy... unless you count when life decides to throw you a curveball 😂 I mean, think about it:

Death - gotta sell the ole homestead.
Divorce - who gets the house? 🤔
Diapers - time for an upgrade!
Diploma - new chapter, new digs, new city?!
Downsizing - kids flew the coop, time to downsize.
Debt - goodbye debt, hello fresh start!
Distress - life got you down, but a new place might lift you up!
