✨ Friday Community Spotlight: Wayne Rash ✨
This week, we’re proud to spotlight Wayne Rash, who has faithfully served the citizens of Caldwell County as Register of Deeds since 2003. Following a successful career in banking and investments, Wayne has dedicated more than two decades to public service, helping ensure the integrity and accessibility of important county records.
Beyond his local role, Wayne has been a respected leader at both the state and national levels. He has served as President of the North Carolina Association of Register of Deeds, Chair of the North Carolina Electronic Recording Council, and President of the International Association of Government Officials. He continues to advocate for government officials and the communities they serve through numerous leadership positions.
Wayne’s commitment to Caldwell County extends far beyond his office, serving on several local boards and organizations that support education, healthcare, early childhood development, and community growth.
