Congratulations Justin & Dhayna!

I am so grateful for the trust you’ve put in me! Justin and Dhayna spent months putting offers in on other properties and started to become discouraged. They reached out and decided to start over fresh with me! I promised them that I would have them under agreement in two weeks & I really think they didn’t believe me. But we made it happen!

Buying a home is a team effort.
• Buyers put in a lot of work = driving, researching, taking time out of their busy work/home schedules.
• Realtors have to communicate and negotiate and do their due diligence on behalf of their clients & never over step or come off forceful or careless.
• Lenders get them set up for offering a strong offer. If the lender isn’t giving a solid pre-approval, the first step of the process is already doomed. It is unacceptable for a buyer to purchase a home that they cannot afford, or they can just barely afford and cannot live in other areas of their life. That’s when your lender should be advising you.

It really is a collaboration & it’s important to choose people who are competent; advise you with your best interest at heart; and who will fight for you!

This was a super fun house hunt. I was able to meet & .mcgrath1 sweet little pup, Nico. (Which was the highlight of my month) And I plan to bring him some treats at closing 🤣❤️

As always, gave us a solid pre-approval and is able to handle my extremely aggressive 20-25 day closing timelines. That’s just not the norm, so give Keith a round of applause 👏🏻
