Sad to say goodbye to this stunning 9-unit Fitchburg property but thrilled for my seller, whose investment in this building paid off BIG time! My recommendation to him when we met was to market this off-MLS to my investor pool and professional contacts, respecting the peace and privacy of his tenants and knowing we could get the price he needed...and that's exactly what we did!

Happy Dance for my seller clients who have accepted a fantastic offer on their one-of-a-kind property in Townsend!
