⚠️ Long post! SOLD!! We did it we successfully reached the closing table. 🙏This sale presented several challenges. It was not perfect, and it was not easy, as most home sales are not. However, with an exceptional team behind us, we achieved our goal. As a past client of one of our stellar agents Michelle Howell Wesson, the expectations were exceptionally high to match the superior services provided in the past. This client presented unique challenges, having experienced significant loss within the past year. With a limited support system and numerous life changes, we worked collaboratively as a team to successfully sell her house and find a new home in the desired area, thanks to the expertise of another exceptional agent within the Lamacchia family, Kelly Dimbat.
On closing day, we encountered unforseen challenges including miscommunicated information from the moving company, a tight moving timeline, and a one-time trip to her new home just to name a few. We promptly resolved these issues, thanks to the quick response from Garbage Gurus and the cooperation of the buyer and his agent. Following an anxious call from my seller when she arrived at her new home, I reassured her, returned to the house, and retrieved a few cherished belongings. On Saturday, my husband and I took a scenic drive to her new home to assist her in getting settled and feeling comfortable and secure. I also arranged for future handyman services from one of the movers, who happens to live in the area. I even got her set up on Instacart. It was a pleasure visiting her and her boys the pups, Dante and James. We have created a wonderful friendship and I look forward to witnessing the evolution of this next chapter in her life. Congratulations, Lisa, and thank you for entrusting me with your real estate needs. I appreciate the efforts of everyone involved in making this sale possible.
