While everyone may not be in the Christmas spirit nor ready to move out of your current situation, over the weekend I have come across a couple different properties that are vacant and rehabbed, one move in ready and the other about 80 percent complete! Leominster has been very difficult to purchase a home as they barely last on the market, so I would suggest if there is something out there that you are interested in, do not hesitate as they simply wont last long. Preapproved? Prequalified? Does not make a difference. Was great to receive a quick response from one of the sellers agent that was more than willing to accommodate and work with me, so if you are in need of "space" let me know and I'd def be willing to walk you through and make it worth your while. Please excuse me though as I have been sick if I don't respond immediately but always willing to communicate to the best of my abilities while recovering from this cold.
