This March has been a test. A test to our creativity and our patience to say the least. The below photos show the progression of a pool enclosure remodel that we have just completed. We still have gutters on the added patio cover and new down spouts on the enclosure but the hard work is done. Shawn and Fannin did this with very little help from me physically. We worked the complications together as they came and boy did they come…. The removal of the aluminum insulated panels and aluminum framed vinyl windows was the easiest part of all the work. We then framed knee walls to start hanging the special order low E tempered sliders sourced from The Home Depot. Sided both inside and out with LP smart side and trim. The tough parts were framing in the gable end for the small windows. Complicated by the fact that all of our walls were framed from dimensional lumber and attached to steel, thats right steel I beams, purlin, and square tubing. The pool also has a cool retractable cover and the aluminum service door had to be reworked as well. We did reuse the original patio kit doors at the customer’s request. The customer has elected to handle the paint and stain them selves and we hope to follow up after the stain and paint with final pics show casing our gutter as well. Not sure we will ever see another project like this but if you have a unique project that requires outside the box thinking, we are your contractor. Call me,

We are blessed with work early in the season. Not much of a transformation since we used the same color, but we upgraded to high profile “Z-ridge” on this gentleman’s house in Plano. 67 squares of 9/12 in one long day. Rudy and I went back this morning to clean up the last bit of trash and double check the pipes. Another one good for weather in 2026

Awesome news!!! We have had the opportunity to help some young people with the Leonard High School Bass Fishing Team chase a fun hobby that may turn into a part or even full time career for some of them! Its a great day to be working in North Texas. The guys tore out this deteriorating balcony in Melissa and rebuilt it using pressure treated lumber. After Shawn gets the railing support posts all level, and the railings are installed, this balcony will weather and dry for a couple weeks then Edwin and his crew will come in and stain to make this back yard look its best. We are working on a small house for a friend this Monday morning, and should be done before the rain that is currently in McKinney. Removed white three tabs that Farm Bureau said they would no longer offer Replacement Cost on and installing a HDZ charcoal timberline. The back patio is getting primed for a lay over with some peel and stick self adhesive modified bitumen roofing. Give us a call today for an inspection!
