“Couldn’t be happier!
Emileigh was wonderful to work with on this sale and I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her. She went above and beyond in assisting with the prep and staging of the house. I was very happy with the marketing efforts/pictures and the interest and traffic she generated. I feel like the interest generated was genuine and we didn’t waste time with unqualified buyers or just people window shopping. As a result, the house was under contract in under 14 days and just after the first rate hike as the market cooled.

Emileigh was on top of all the minutia you want your realtor to deal with. She even brought to my attention a local tax that I was unaware of that had been paid at the time of original purchase. It wasn’t significant to me but it was important that the buyer was aware. We always worry about the big obvious things, but it’s just as important to have someone looking out for all of it.

The contract and settlement went very smoothly and there were no last minute fire drills to concern either myself or the buyer. All parties involved were happy after closing. I highly recommend Emileigh and her team.”
