SOMD Home Sales Southern Maryland Real Estate We currently reside in Leonardtown in St. Mary's County. Wayne is a US Army Veteran and served from 1988 through 1993.

Both raised in Calvert County and graduates of Northern High Class of '88, we wed in 1994 and bought our first home in Chesapeake Beach where we raised our family. He then owned and operated a family business in Dunkirk from 1993 until the year 2000. That is when he became a REALTOR and created his own business helping people navigate the Real Estate world. Christine was a Calvert County Public School teacher from 1993-2004 and transitioned to a homeschool mom before joining Wayne in Real Estate. We have been blessed with 4 beautiful grandchildren and we enjoy time with friends, family, and camping with our awesome dog, Koda. We have now created the FLOYD HOME TEAM with eXp Realty located right here in Southern Maryland!
