Honda is currently underway with site work for its new 27,000 SF facility in California, MD. The property was purchased in June 2023 for $1,650,000. Concept plans began in July 2024, and permit applications were submitted in February 2025, with construction beginning within the last month.

Once complete, this new location will bring Honda and Kia sales and service to the local market, providing a closer option than the current Waldorf, MD location.

Off-Market Deal Closed: Former CVS Sold for $650,000 in Hollywood, MD

This was a tricky one and definitely a long game. When CVS announced the store was closing last year, I knew there was a limited window before other brokers and buyers got involved.

Tracking down ownership wasn’t straightforward—initial notices were going to CVS HQ—but after persistence and deeper research, I was able to locate the owner and start structuring the deal. I had the buyers in mind before I even told them the opportunity was in play.

The property stayed under contract for nearly a year. They stepped up with the terms and patience needed to navigate a complex timeline that most buyers wouldn’t have been able to handle.

We stuck with it, followed our process, and got it across the finish line. A great outcome on a highly attractive asset to add to their portfolio.

There are certain moments in my life that I want to remember forever. What started as the dream of a 19-year-old girl who knew nothing about baking (except the happiness it brought me) slowly morphed into a lifelong passion. Culinary school, wedding cakes, dessert tables, late nights, early mornings, and countless lessons later, I found my purpose.
Baking for me isn’t a hobby. It’s the most fulfilling expression of who I am—a way to create joy, celebrate love, and turn simple ingredients into memories. When I opened Kneaded in 2023, I thought if I could JUST sell 20 pastries a day, we could make it. Since then, we have maxed out our kitchen space 100 times over. This move is terrifying and thrilling, but one I’ve dreamt of for years. So, the news is out! Kneaded is growing and we can’t wait to see y’all in our new space soon!!

Thank you to all of yall who have supported this dream, encouraged me, baked alongside me and kept me sane when I thought this was all maybe just a tad bit insane. We can’t wait to welcome yall to the new spot 🩷
