Had a great tour yesterday with Michael Tait at St. John Properties.

They continue to attract major tenants to their campus-most recently, Platform Aerospace. It's great to see the continued investment and momentum they're creating in Southern Maryland.

They currently have up to 20,000 SF available in their existing buildings, with a typical turnaround of approximately 120 days from shell condition to a move-in-ready space. Next, they're planning two additional buildings behind Platform Aerospace.

Honda is currently underway with site work for its new 27,000 SF facility in California, MD. The property was purchased in June 2023 for $1,650,000. Concept plans began in July 2024, and permit applications were submitted in February 2025, with construction beginning within the last month.

Once complete, this new location will bring Honda and Kia sales and service to the local market, providing a closer option than the current Waldorf, MD location.
