This home was literally the quickest under contract I’ve ever had (even in the covid market where things flew off the market insanely fast)! I listed the property a couple of weeks ago, and within minutes had an investor on the phone saying he was going to “buy this house today!” He wasn’t even kidding, and within maybe 2 hours everyone had signed. It worked out for the the sellers so smoothly and quickly in a relatively slow market! The house needs a complete overhaul, and these investors saw potential, and they’ll be bringing life back in and make it a home again! 💜🏡
