Introducing another upcoming project in Rehoboth Beach, designed in collaboration with Element Design Group.

This remodel is a complete reimagining of the home. The project will include stripping the house down to its studs, replacing the exterior with all-new siding, windows, doors, trim, decking, and roofing, while the interior is being entirely reworked with new layouts, finishes, flooring, cabinetry, and millwork. Even the mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, will be rebuilt to support the home's next chapter.

We are excited to begin this full-scale renovation and transform this Rehoboth Beach home into a coastal masterpiece!

Giving back to our Southern Delaware First Responders!

The Shaffer Foundation of Delaware's 5th Annual Rally for Our First Responders raised an incredible $154,064, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to local fire departments, EMTs, and police.

As a Diamond Sponsor for the third consecutive year, we were honored to join the Rally Team this past Wednesday as they presented checks to the local heroes who serve our communities every day.

A special thank-you to Kyle Shaffer and the Shaffer Foundation of Delaware for their continued dedication to this meaningful cause and the lasting impact they make across Southern Delaware. We're proud to stand alongside them in supporting our First Responders!

We recently revisited a commercial project we completed in 2021, the Community Bank Delaware in Rehoboth Beach, which now stands as a fixture in the Southern Delaware community.

As the general contractor, our job is to manage the many moving parts of a commercial build, including permitting, site work, scheduling, budgets, subcontractors, and code requirements. We work closely with our clients and project partners to keep the process on schedule and within budget while bringing the design to life.

With 3,100+ square feet of modern banking space, the Community Bank in Rehoboth Beach is a great example of the commercial construction services provided at Graulich Builders.

One of its most iconic attractions, the Haunted Mansion, has thrilled guests since 1979. This spring, Funland announced a complete renovation following the 2026 season, preserving the ride's nostalgic charm while introducing updated technology and storytelling for future generations.

Graulich Builders is honored to serve as the general contractor for this historic project, working alongside an incredible family owned business and an exceptional team of partners to help ensure the Haunted Mansion remains a cherished boardwalk tradition for decades to come.
