Renovation is just as much about knowing what to keep as it is knowing what to change. 🏡

Part 1 of this Dewey Beach condo walkthrough is a great example. Our team refinished the existing stair treads and risers with a custom stain match, giving them new life while preserving what already worked.

From there, it was all about improving flow and function. We reworked a structural post that interrupted the hallway, creating a full wall with added closet storage, then opened up the staircase with a new header, handrail, and balusters to help the entire space feel more open.

This is what happens when the home gym is part of the plan, not an afterthought. 🏋️

Custom dumbbell storage. Built-ins sized for yoga mats and foam rollers. A mirrored workout wall with a ballet barre. TRX system. TV. Everything has a place because everything was designed for a purpose.

And that’s only part of this full basement renovation. We also created a playroom for the grandkids and a spare bedroom, turning previously underused square footage into an entirely new level of living space.
