Adrienne Klase, who was born in Wilmington, has lived full-time in Sussex County since 2006. Growing up, she spent her summers with her grandparents in Lewes, working in local shops and restaurants during school breaks. She financed her college education by waitressing and running a lawncare business, graduating early from the University of Maryland in Baltimore with a degree in Public Health. Klase, who has worked as a dental hygienist for 13 years, loves interacting with people. I believe that it is important to education people about the choices that they need to make, she said. Your clients gain confidence through knowledge, and you earn their trust. That is key, whether talking about being a successful dental hygienist or real estate agent. Finding out what your clients want is what it takes to be a successful sales agent, she observed. If you can understand the client's lifestyle and needs, then you can match them with the perfect home. "Adrienne is very, very motivated, extremely thorough, and a self-starter," Sandy Wright, broker and sales manager of the Lewes office, noted. Klase lives in Lewes with her husband, stepson, and daughter. She is involved in their activities, enjoys fundraising for charities, and loves the beach at Cape Henlopen State Park.
