You don't need a big yard to have the pool and spa combo of your dreams.

Small space? No problem.

Henlopen is an amazing example of what is possible in a smaller yard. A 19’x10’ heated pool with a full width bench in the deep end paired with a 8'x6'6" heated spa with six assorted jets, and still enough room to grill, play in the yard, landscape and relax.

Hidden in the woods of Dagsboro, Delaware rests the peaceful and serene Camp Manor pool. Camp Manor is a 40' x 28' t-shaped pool with style. Two bubblers and umbrella sleeves in the 12'x8' sun ledge. This pool is can be heated or chilled leaving it open for fall lounging and evening swimming and ensuring its always refreshing during the height of the summer.
