With over 34 years in the Real Estate Industry, Bill brings to the table a depth of knowledge and experience rarely seen in today's real estate market. Prior to real estate, Bill was a banker for a number of years and organized a new National Bank in Sussex County, Delaware. His banking career gave him a depth of knowledge in lending, and financial analysis that has created the base for a very suc
cessful approach to the art of the real estate deal. Bill holds Brokers licenses in both Delaware and Maryland and works extensively in both market areas. Over the years, Bill has been called to, "give back" to the real estate industry and has done so many, many times. He is the Past President of the Delaware Association of REALTORS (DAR) and serves as the FPC for Senator C***s and currently serves as the Treasurer of the organization. He is a Trustee for RPAC. At the local level he is also the Past President of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS (SCAOR) having held many offices in that organization, including 15 years on the MLS committee. He has also served on Professional Standards and Grievance Committees. He also serves as a Professional Witness for Zoning matters across the market. He is approved by the Delaware Real Estate Commission (DREC) to teach all Continuing Education Classes for REALTORS. Bill received his MICP designation as a Master of Commercial Real Estate. Bill completed his work at teh Darden School at the University of Virginia at Charlottesville. The MICP admits Bill to a small group of commercial real estate practitioners in the US. Bill, knows as, "Mr. Commercial" is currently the Managing Director, Broker of Record, and Senior Adviser at Keller Williams Commercial with main offices in Lewes, Delaware.
