A little late on this SOLD post… but after everything this one put us through, it deserves its moment. 😂🏡

Calling this one a whirlwind might be an understatement. 🫣

What looked like it should’ve been a pretty straightforward land sale turned into months of digging, researching, waiting, and problem solving. We came across potential right-of-way issues that, after months of searching, ultimately turned out to be nothing. We dealt with incorrect property lines showing on the maps. We had extension… after extension… after extension. 😅

There were definitely moments where I wondered if we were ever going to make it to the closing table.
