Peggy Bouton is a seasoned real estate expert, with over 44 years of industry experience under her belt. A life-long resident of the Lewisburg area, she has a good grasp of the local market, and has stayed up to date with the ever-changing demands. Her market specialty is residential home buyers and sellers, but she has experience working with townhouses, condos, multi-family, land and commercial

property transactions as well. Well-educated with an associate degree, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and several appraisal courses, Peggy understands every detail of the buying and selling process, and strives to help her clients have the fundamental understanding of what’s happening along the way. She values an open line of communication with buyers and sellers, and puts that at the forefront of her services. Peggy gets satisfaction out of seeing the transformation of a property after a buyer or seller has completed updates.
