Online bidding is open, this is a small auction but it has some great hunting items, Case Knives, antiques and just odd ball stuff, go to www.whislersauctionrealty.com and get registered and bid. Lot #0 is a 14x40 building that was ordered and the intent was to turn it into a tiny home, due to health reasons the owner was not able to finish it, almost 30k invested in this project, it has most of the insulation, framing, wired, plumbed and ready to be finished. As you can see from the pictures a lot of the construction materials needed to finish the interior are there. The only thing you need to do is be the winning bidder, move it to your lot and finish it out. Bid your price.
