Over the past week, I’ve had the privilege of helping a first-time buyer step into an exciting new chapter of homeownership, and assisting a family through the sale of a loved one’s home.

While the circumstances were very different, both were meaningful milestones. Real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes: it’s about people, memories, transitions, and new beginnings.
