This beautiful home in Spruce Hills (Lewisburg) officially went under contract in just 3 days.
I have a bit of a confession to make: I love my job, but my listings keep selling so fast that I
barely have time to get comfortable at the open houses. Around here, the average Days on

What do you get when National Doughnut Day, National
Ketchup Day, and your Dad’s 77th birthday all land on
the exact same Friday? 🍩🍅🎂

You get a very confused Realtor trying to figure out if we should
put sprinkles on a burger or ketchup on a Boston cream.
(We decided against both, for everyone’s safety).

Meet Mabel. She’s 12 years old, a rescue, and she’s lived in this house her entire life.
