Hey everyone! Market Watch Wednesday is making a comeback, thanks for those who have reached out missing my reports and take on the market.

Big news, is that things are moving, we've had 100 homes sell since last month! Our average days on market are holding steady at 68 days. So that means that if Sellers want to move more quickly, they are going to want to be more aggressive on their listing price and have them home staged to sell.

And buyers, this means that if the home is on the market for a bit, make an offer if you don't like the price. But our average sold price is higher and climbing, so make sure you are using data to back up your offer!
