AGENT SPOTLIGHT | Meet Seth Brown! ⚾🏡
From professional baseball to real estate, Seth is bringing his competitive drive, dedication, and passion for people to Refined Realty! Get to know him a little better!
1. How long have you been in real estate?
I'm just starting my real estate career after wrapping up my professional baseball career. I'm excited to bring fresh energy and the same competitive drive into real estate!
2. Why did you become a REALTOR®?
I love building relationships and connecting with people in our community. I want to channel my competitive spirit into helping others find a place where they can thrive and feel at home.
3. What's your favorite thing about the LC Valley?
The family-friendly atmosphere, strong sense of community, and endless outdoor activities! From the river to fishing and exploring, there's so much to love.
4. What do you love doing outside of work?
Spending time with my wife and three sons, making family memories, enjoying the outdoors, and supporting LC State Baseball.
5. What's something most people don't know about you?
I'm a huge movie fan! A good movie night is one of my favorite things.
6. What's your favorite part of helping clients?
Building genuine relationships and being part of such an important milestone in someone's life. I enjoy getting to know my clients, understanding their goals, and helping them find a place they're excited to call home. Coming from professional sports, I bring that same competitive drive to negotiating, working hard, and getting the best possible outcome for my clients. At the end of the day, seeing my clients happy and knowing I made a difference is what makes it all worthwhile.
BONUS: If you could live anywhere for one year, where would it be?
Australia! The culture, outdoor adventures, and weather are right up my alley!
