H P Management & Construction LLC We are a Property Management Company with a Construction and Maintenance Division Specializing in Residential & Commercial needs.

We can manage your investments and improve them at the same time, one of our owners is a licensed Realtor in Idaho & Washington. We do all our work based on consideration for our clients needs to sell their investments at some point in the future. We are able to do all forms of construction, specializing in Painting and Drywall improvements, decks and fences, egress windows, light excavation work,

exterior siding, interior trim, and landscaping including ponds and dry-scaping designs. Everything we do is based off a green design with our environment and recycling in mind. As for the Management side of the company we can manage and maintain your residential or commercial property in Idaho only for now, we will be working to move into Washington in the near future.

Forgot to post some of the finish photos of 609 Main street. This turnout Great, we completely restored all the bricks and timbers in the center of the room. Very proud of the antiques replica ceiling tiles and restored antique cooler which is now a wine display. Big High Five to Bert, Nate, Steve, Eddy, Jeremy, Austin, Justin and 4J Commercial Electrical, Kinzer Air & crew, RotoRuttor plumbing, Fisher Services, & Johnson controls for fire suppression. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!
