POV: You need to buy a house and you’re not sure when the right time is 🧐🤨🥸

You see a lot of talk in the media about rates increasing 📈

I’d rather purchase a home at a higher interest rate with less buyer competition than get caught in a multiple offer situation that requires a higher purchase price to win.

Interest rates can change, and refinancing may be an option down the road. But the purchase price you agree to today is the price you’re paying.

There’s something to be said for having negotiating power, less competition, and the opportunity to purchase a home on YOUR terms (with an inspection that you’re no longer expected to waive!)

And while we can debate interest rates, home prices, and market conditions all day, here’s what matters most:
