Our team successfully removed the outdated porch and built a new, enhanced structure in its stead. Constructed from 2x8 pressure-treated lumber and supported by robust 6x6 pressure-treated posts, the porch boasts durability and strength. The decking material chosen was Wolf Decking in gray, paired with AZEK post wraps and AZEK skirt boards for a cohesive look. The railing system, comprised of Timber Tech/AZEK Contour railings in matte white, was carefully selected to match the AZEK elements. Additionally, the latticework was designed using 1x4 AZEK, accented with a 1x6 AZEK skirt board.

Observe this remarkable bathroom renovation, showcasing a dramatic transformation. The project involved a comprehensive gutting of the existing space, relocation of the entry wall, and extension of the bathroom to accommodate a stackable washer and dryer, thereby eliminating the previously unusable entry area. Additionally, we replaced the subfloor and constructed a curbless shower with wall tile extending to the ceiling. The renovation also featured a new vanity and top, an open-concept closet, fancy highend toilet and new trim and door. The only remaining task is the installation of the glass wall separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom.

The guys and I got this screened in porch done last week. Demolished the old deck and rebuilt it a nice indoor outdoor space. It has composite Trex decking, pt railings and frame. The roof is being redone by a local contractor soon. On to the next one.

Wrapped this up a couple weeks ago. Have to go back to get the final ground work pics. This was a start to finish 24x30 home with a carport. Crawl space foundation, cedar reverse batten siding. Heat pumps and small fireplace for heat.
