This week as we continue to explore the completed public works of Lewisville, we highlight Earth and Beyond. This sculpture is a contemporary, metal, kinetic sculpture completed by artist Daren Fagen and it was installed in 2018.

A cool fact about the piece: The mosaic panels, depicting abstract flowers and fauna, were completed by community members of the Visual Art League and during ColorPalooza 2018 festival.

We are so excited about Sounds of Lewisville tonight because Lover, a Taylor Swift tribute band, is bringing the Unofficial Eras Tour to Wayne Ferguson Plaza and it is sure to be an experience you don't want to miss!

The opening act, Legacy Music Studio, hits the stage at 7:00 so grab a chair and meet us there!

Today we had the honor of attending the grand openening and ribbon cutting for Old Town Pocket Park. The park, located on Mill Street next Sullivans BBQ, beings life to what was previously just a bare piece of land. In addition to the park, it was also the lates art installation for Lewisville's newest mural.
