Hi, I'm Ashley.

Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, I grew up in all-things real estate. My mother was a Realtor in Ohio for 31 years and as a young girl, some of my earliest memories are of accompanying her on listing appointments and open houses, stuffing envelope after envelope for client mailings, helping clients move, putting for sale and sold signs in yards, and fixing up rental properties. I am thankful for t

he early lessons and values of hard work, dedication, kindness and professionalism she instilled in me. After marrying my high school sweetheart Brandon in 2008 and moving to Kentucky, I was lucky enough to find my home away from home in Lexington, KY. I fell in love with the people, the culture, the food, the striking landscape, the state and city pride and of course, the southern hospitality that is unlike anywhere else. While I wasn’t born here, I’m proud to be a Kentucky transplant; Lexington has my heart. Jobs took us to Salt Lake City, Utah and while I missed my old Kentucky home, I was able to expand my horizons and grow in my knowledge of “the business”. I worked along-side the best-of-the-best Realtors; pushing my limits, my processes, my experiences, and my notions of what it means to be helpful, knowledgeable and successful in the real estate world. After 3 years, life brought our family back to Lexington and we’ve jumped back into the Kentucky state of mind without skipping a beat. Professionally, I’ve worked behind-the-scenes in real estate for over 10 years. I’ve worked for a rental company leasing apartments and homes. I’ve worked for new home builders in marketing their product. I’ve worked for local and nationally-recognized real estate teams and companies by coordinating their transactions, marketing and client list. I’ve gone through the home building, purchasing and selling processes both locally and across the country. Now, I’m stepping out from behind the curtain.
