On this page, you may only as "Ashley the Realtor". I am more than that. I was recently told that all Realtors were greedy and only here for the money. Yes, there are some people in this profession that are, but there are some of us who genuinely enjoy and love talking to consumers in helping them find their way along the real estate world. I am here for you and those you care about find their way in buying, selling, investing, or all 3.

I graduated from East Jessamine High School in 2013. Got married to my amazing hubby in 2014 and had my daughter in 2018. From graduating in 2013, I worked for an attorney in Nicholasville as a legal Secretary for a little over 2 years. I worked for my father for his tech company before it was sold for over 3 years. Along with those 3 years, I worked for another one of his businesses in investment properties. I worked as an administrator. This got my foot into the real estate world and I fell in love with it.

I set off to get my license. I did my real estate classes and was ready to take the exam. Then the world literally shut down from Covid. I waited until the testing centers opened back up and recieved my license March of 2021 and haven't looked back.

I have helped buyers, sellers, and investors. Some have been family and friends. And some have been strangers that I now get to call a friend.

I cannot imagine me not doing real estate. I love what I do and love to see the smiles at the closing table when I hand them their new key.

So please, before you judge us all, get to know who you are choosing to help you. ❤️

Being a Realtor is fun and games until you try to lock the key back up after a showing and the box won't work for the key to go back in. Fun times. Now waiting for the listing agent to come so I can hand it to her 😂
