SOLD in North Reading! 🏡🔑
This one took every bit of teamwork, patience, and persistence we had.
My buyer originally chose to finance through a large national bank, and unfortunately, repeated delays pushed our closing back an entire week. I was in the trenches every day, making calls, sending emails, tracking documents, and doing everything possible to keep the deal together and moving toward the finish line.
I’m incredibly grateful to my buyer for trusting me throughout a stressful process and staying patient when things didn’t go according to plan. A huge thank you to the closing attorney for working endlessly behind the scenes, and especially to the listing agent, who came through in a major way and helped keep everyone focused on the same goal.
This closing was a true team effort. We all worked relentlessly to get it across the finish line and even though it happened a week later than expected, we got it done.
It was also another reminder of why real estate professionals recommend lenders we know and trust. The lender you choose can make a major difference in communication, timing, and whether a transaction closes smoothly.
