🎉Congratulations to our client on the closing of the home he lived in and loved for more than 40 years. 🏡

This has been a full-circle journey and one of the most rewarding projects we’ve had the privilege of being part of this year.

It all started when we connected with his daughter earlier this year because her dad was ready to rightsize and move into a home and lifestyle that better fit this next chapter of his life.

After 40+ years in one home, there were memories, belonging and an entire lifetime of items to sort through. The thought of even getting started felt overwhelming. 😬

That’s where we were able to step in and simply help.

Over the course of this journey, we connected him and his family with trusted resources and people who could help—from a senior organization/move specialist and handymen to an auction house, trash haulers and a new senior living community.🤝

But more than anything, this experience was about making a big transition feel a little less overwhelming and helping this family take one step at a time. ❤️

We are so happy for him as he begins this new chapter and incredibly grateful that his family trusted us to walk alongside them throughout the process.✨🏡

We are also super happy for the buyers, who just got married, and are starting their own journey to turn this house into their first home and create their memories too!🔑
